Upon Departure: If property is in good condition, no charges will appear on credit card.

Cleaning: Occupants are asked to please leave the premises as found upon arrival, to wash dishes and return them to the cupboards, and to strip beds and gather linens and towels together.

Built in 1907 on the banks of the Animas, the original Grady house was renovated in 1996 to resemble a New England-style red barn.  It is a clean and simple, contemporary carpeted space perfect for singles, couples or a family.  Last Sun, Last Moon is 800 square feet of quiet and comfort.  The two-bedroom, one-bath apartment with small living and dining area and second-story deck affords incredible mountain and river sights and sounds.  Open the sliding glass door and hear the river course.
